Text Box: In 8 days - CAIN went from being completely empty to having a totally reconstructed, repainted, rewired and reconfigured pantry area.  We were continually amazed and inspired by the way God provided in ways large and small through the entire transformation . . . 
                                                                                                                                                            From individually wrapped rolls of toilet paper to donated shelving and other display units. . .  From volunteers with exactly the right skill and expertise needed at the right time to necessary supplies and materials being available for purchase at a discounted rate - it was an incredible journey!
Our volunteers are an incredible blessing!  We welcomed several groups including:

ØLong-time regulars and new volunteers from member churches: First United Church of Christ, North Presbyterian, St. Boniface Roman Catholic, and St. Philip’s Episcopal.

Volunteer hours given to convert to choice pantry — 492+

8 shopping carts — $560 

Pounds of food and other items to stock shelves — 12,984

Expressions of joy and gratitude as families choose food and other necessities, fill Easter baskets with candy, gifts and inspirational items, and receive Save-a-lot gift certificates — priceless.
